We use Application Processing Interface (API) to collect and report on data. Dependant on your requirements, we can collect this data two different ways.

We can ‘poll’ your internal systems using a public facing API where you hold the necessary data and collect it for you.

No. Beyond our Onboarding Process, workload is minimal.
-
This will depend on your data points. We can access most systems using an API, so if we can talk to your systems or the systems that hold the data, we will be able to ‘poll’ your systems – reducing the need for manual entry. This is a simple process for us to set up.
-
There is no risk to your data systems. We do not need to install anything within your systems to operate any of our service. All API data sent / received is transmitted securely via https. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy.
We have partnered with SwiftCase for our technology and platform IT support. SwiftCase are ISO 27001 certified along with having a Cyber Essentials Certificate of Assurance.

All the raw data will be collected and stored on our system for you to analyse, use for your business needs. We present the data on graph form using our holistic interactive dashboards where you have the ability to track against any internal target you have, and compare previous years etc.
Our platform calculates all scope emissions, including Scope 1 and 2 as well as both Upstream and Downstream Scope 3. It aligns with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Standard and has the ability to do all calculation methodologies set out in the GHG Protocol Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard.
We can identify accuracy of data based on what calculation method is being used by your company.
Our platform is also fully auditable to ensure transparent and accurate reporting.
